Name: Jellylorum
Age: 67 (Elder)
Loyalty: Jellicle
Appearance:
A tall, elderly Queen with a stern, disapproving frown but gentle, loving brown eyes. She is a grey, reddish-orange, and white calico tabby with soft, longish fur, and wears a braided rope collar around her neck.
3 Words: Practical, busy, cheery
Personality: Jellylorum is the stricter Matron of the Jellicles; with Jennyanydots, she tends to the injured and kittens in the Infirmary and Nursery. She holds a great respect for her father and, as one of the oldest members of the Jellicles (and an Elder), she holds a position of high esteem within the tribe and is highly respected by the other Cats. More of a McGonagall than a Molly Weasley, Jellylorum is generally less liked by the younger Cats than Jennyanydots; however, while she is more strict and sometimes harsh, she is always well-meaning and wants the best for her fellow Jellicles, as she cares for them and her home in the Junkyard deeply.
Background: The daughter of the renowned Gus the Theater Cat, Jellylorum was raised among the Jellicles and has lived in the Junkyard throughout most of her life. As an adult Cat, she was picked up as a stray by an elderly woman who lived alone and saw the Queen's newfound companionship as a blessing from God. Confused at being removed from her home in the Junkyard but not opposed to being pampered, Jellylorum settled in easily with her new owner and enjoys life as an indoor/outdoor Cat; she visits the Junkyard in the daytime while Jennyanydots and her owner are both napping the day away. This allows her to run the Daytime shift in the Infirmary, giving Jenny a well-deserved break after her overnight fussing. Never able to have Kittens of her own, she is particularly fond of watching over the Nursery and ensuring the Kittens of the Junkyard are raised right.
Family: Daughter of Gus the Theater Cat, no Kittens of her own but mothers everyone in the Junkyard
Friends: Jennyanydots, Skimbleshanks, Old Deuteronomy, Bustopher Jones, Munkustrap, Demeter.
Pairings/Partners: None.
